Palm Sunday commemorates the day Jesus entered Jerusalem riding on a donkey, while crowds gathered to welcome Him as the long-awaited Messiah. The people laid palm branches and their cloaks on the ground as a royal welcome, shouting: “Hosanna! Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord!
